FAQ

Eligible to participate is everyone who is over the age of 18 and a permanent resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark or Italy. Participation can also be on behalf of persons living in the same household (especially children). Participation is only possible during the promotional period: 15.15.2024 (10:00 a.m.) up until 30.09.2024 (11:59 p.m.).

To enter, participants must take the following steps during the promotional period:

1. Purchase any Capri-Sun product
2. Visit www.capri-sun-sportvereine.com
3. Upload a photo of you and a Capri-Sun product (a selfie is sufficient) or of your purchase receipt
4. Correctly input the requested details incl. your email address and your favorite sports club of which you are a member
5. Consent the storage and management of personal information according the Capri-Sun Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and the T&Cs of this promotion.
6. Submit the fully completed online entry form

Multiple entries are permitted and may increase the chances of winning, subject to the following:

• Each photo can only be uploaded once
• Each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance to the entry requirements

Any Capri-Sun product gives you the chance to participate. Simply take a photo of yourself with the Capri-Sun product of choice and upload it to the entry form.

The photo should showcase you and the purchased Capri Sun product.

Please note that Capri-Sun reserves the right to accept or deny a photo for the prize draw. Particularly, photos with political, discriminatory, racist, sexist, pornographic or violence-glorifying content will be denied participation.

The same applies to photos that disparage Capri-Sun or the products sold under this brand. Such photos will not be considered by Capri-Sun and will not take part in the winner draw.

Please note: Upon entry every participant guarantees that they will only upload photos:

1. of which they are the sole author or
2. for which they have the sole and exclusive rights of use (i.e. participant is authorized to transfer the rights of use without restriction).

Participants also guarantee that the photos only depict them or people who gave an agreement.
Upon entry participants agree the uploaded photos may be published by Capri-Sun.

If you're one of the lucky 250 winners, you'll get a refund of up to €200 for your chosen sports club's membership fee. Membership fees for persons living in the same household (especially children) and family fees are also refundable. To claim your prize, you'll need to provide proof of payment (bank statement) or a registration/membership confirmation from the club, showing the valid membership fee. The refund will be transferred via bank transfer, equivalent to the annual club membership fee of the winner or of the family members living in the same household (up to €200).

The winner of the sports club membership will be notified via email within 14 days after the end of the promotion period and will be asked to send the contact details and valid bank details (IBAN within the SEPA region) for the refund. After receiving the complete contact information, bank details, proof of payment of the membership fee of the winner or of the family members living in the same household and their verification, the winner will receive the refund (max. 200 €) via bank transfer to the specified SEPA bank account within four weeks.

In the event that the prize cannot be delivered, due to reasons on the winner’s side, the claim to the prize is no longer valid and a new winner will be drawn. The same applies if the winner doesn’t respond within 21 days of being notified.

The prize is non-transferable. The annual membership fee (max. €200) will be refunded only by bank transfer. There is no entitlement to a substitute full or partial cash payment of the respective prize value or to subsequent changes to the prize. Capri-Sun may, at its own discretion, provide substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

The data provided by the participant will be used by Capri-Sun or its competition service provider exclusively for the purpose of organising the competition and, in particular, for contacting the participant in the event of a win. The commissioned agency is Baudek & Schierhorn Shopper Marketing GmbH, Schellerdamm 16, 21079 Hamburg, Germany.

The following data will be requested: name, name of favorite sports club, photo of purchased Capri-Sun product or purchase receipt and e-mail address. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties with the exception of the competition service provider commissioned by Capri-Sun. Participants' data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will be deleted once the competition has ended.

Every participant can request for their data to be deleted at any time at data-protection@capri-sun.com. In such cases the participant personal data will immediately be removed from the database and this will be confirmed by e-mail on request.

NOTE: The recipient of the data provided by the participants is exclusively Capri-Sun Vertriebs GmbH and its competition service provider.
